Managing Project Controls on large scale construction projects, mainly based at Terminal 5 but also covering other sites in the London area. Advising project leaders and clients on programme structure, WBS coding and additional activities required to facilitate the production of EVA data. Training staff at all levels in budget and cost allocation, progress reporting, earned value analysis and reporting procedures. Also responsible for software Installation, first and second line support and database administration.

Main duties: provision of all contract activities including valuation of works, preparation of variation account, payments to 250 directly employed operatives, preparation of Key Performance Indicators, site measurement for progress, variations,providing project planning duties using Primavera software. Production of target / baseline programme for subcontracts works with progress tracking, scheduling and regular reports.

T5 Interchange Integration Planner. Making use of 4D Construction methods to integrate 4 major projects interfacing at the T5 Interchange. Included weekly updates and clash resolution meetings.
