Responsible for overall management (Planning, Scheduling, Execution, Contracts, Materials & Resource Management

PMTC Project Controls Manager within Client team.

EPC package for grass root gas processing complex with estimated installed value of 4.7 Billion USD.

Establish project control procedures, develop progress measurement procedures for Contractor’s progress certification, Weekly & Monthly executive reports, Change Control procedures, Schedule Risk analysis.
