-Identified potential delays, analysed and issued proposed corrective actions as required

-Prepared the Project Planning documents and progress measurement spreadsheets.

-Developed manpower plans and resource leveling of project schedule

-Prepared weekly and monthly progress reports

Activities

·      Develop Schedule using Primavera & Microsoft Project for Client & operation’s   Needs.

·      Analyze Project Schedule and cost with PMT in other to attain Efficiency and risk  mitigation.

·      Weekly external and internal reporting, with detailed workload analysis and  recovering actions in order to       mitigate possible projects conflicts
