• Managed all activities in a timely manner including delivering study of drawing, scope and work specifications, preparation of base line schedule for the project and accurate updating of the project schedule
• Created and implemented all functional schedules and S Curves in relation to Engg, procurement, construction and overall S Curve
• Robustly delivered sale value calculations monthly for month-wise planned quantity as well as managing cost to completion, schedule of material requirement, employee requirements, labour needs and P&M requirements
