• Develop project baselines ; monitor and control projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of the assignments
• Administer overall management of Planning Department of UAE Business Unit; prepare EOTs for all the projects under UAE Division
• Take care of the Planning Department with team of over 30 Engineers entailing Planning Managers, Senior Planning Engineers, Planning Engineers and Junior Planning Engineers
• Review designs, drawings, specifications, BOQ & modifications required to
