EPC Gathering Station and Cross Country Pipelines

Planning, management and programme co-ordination of contractor’s / client’s networks and progressing and reporting against detailed procurement, construction, fit-out and commissioning programmes. Review, co-ordination and control of technical contractor’s outline and detail design programming requirements.

Responsible for the production of progress reporting, activity charting and corporate planning software utilisation.

Presently employed with M/s L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Limited, a subsidiary of M/s Larsen &Toubro Ltd.( previously known as Hydrocarbon & Pipeline division of L&T). Joined the Organization as a GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee) in 2008 and since then had gathered experience in handling various facets of the following EPC projects,

Roles and Duties:
• Reporting to the Project Services Manager
• Develop overall EPC Project schedule in P6.7
• Maintaining and Update overall EPC schedule in P6.7 every month.
• Develop EPC WBS
• Resource Estimation
• Resource loading in P6.7
• Prepare and update status - Resource Histograms
• Prepare and Update status - Progress S-Curves
• Develop overall EPC project Man-hour budget
• Develop overall EPC project Cost budget
• Prepare and Update Progress Measurement System (PMS)
• Estimate VOWD
• Earned Value(EV) and Performance calculations.
