- Establishing a Planning system (Progress Measurement, Schedules, S-Curves, Man-power Histograms and Work Breakdown Structure etc.) according to the Specifications of the projects
- Prepare and maintain a valid overall project schedules & establish a cost reporting system
- Prepare and maintain documentation on planning and scheduling progress
- Manage and co-ordinate the activities with regard to Budget and Cost Control and Change Order Administration and Review
