  • To lead and manage projects execution with respect of commercial, planning and technical aspect on railway industry for Double Track (2T) Staging Works for Signalling and Communications and Double Track (2T) Tunnel for Control & Communication (C&C) Works

  • Seconded to MMC-Gamuda J.V (Employer Representative) to establish fully integrated design and Construction program for System Works and liaise with Systems Main Contractors on interface key dates with lists of requirements
  • Assist Planning Manager to establish and implement project controls for Systems Works Contract
  • Coordinate with civil planners and produced a fully integration programme with Primavera P6
  • Established baseline works program for Systems and review with the Project Manager and the Systems Contractors if any anomalies
