- Project quantity surveyor for a £6m scheme leading all commercial project duties and reporting directly into the managing quantity surveyor.
- Monthly forecasting and presentation of 3 monthly, 6 monthly and whole life forecasts to the senior project manager for review.
- Project cost reporting such as cost versus forecast analysis and project end-of-life estimate analysis.
- Payment application to Thames Water for the assessment of the value of direct staff, plant labour, materials and subcontracted scope executed within each accounting period.
