Preparation of the Baseline program for building construction, road works, landscaping works, using Primavera 6. Monitoring the progress using the software. Preparation of recovery program if needed. Updating of the Base-line program to reflect current progress status. Preparation of weekly as well as monthly look ahead program, the monthly progress reports and ensure their timely issue to the consultant.
