• MMHKT is the main Contractor for the construction of Doha Metro Rail Project • Assigned in the development of stations and stabling yard integration programme – Civil construction, tracks & 3^rd rail, equipment installation, commissioning and hand-over. • Apply mixed approaches to project development thereby allowing for a more organized monitoring and control. • Review contract documents for each sub-contractors’ package, evaluate risk on the activities, and advise the Engineering/ Project Manager of any deficiency and mitigation approaches.

·   Developed templates for client reports and was responsible for reporting progress of works.

·   Reviewed / assessed contractors Programme of works, reports and time claims.

·   Worked withProjectControls Managerandteamonplanningand monitoring issuesof the project.

·   Prepared Weekly and Monthly Executive Reports on project progress to the client.

Planning and reporting for the project controls department. Working in a consortium pulling together information from all members.
