Responsibility- management of 11 engineers, responsiblefor project management methodology, implementation and tools. Initiation of planning and control cross organization process, working with high management.

Team Leader at Project Management Office (PMO).

Responsibly-  Management of 5 PMO team members ,implementation of planning and control process in the Bank's IT Division units, build and maintenance PMO infrastructure tool including a project of implementing new project management system and building tools for IT Governance using advanced BI tools. From 2008 also PMO of the implementation of risk management system project (Basel II).
