Department Head

Responsible for managing the project controls department, and for project controls on all projects executed by Foster Wheeler Teesside office in Middleborough. Managing a team of cost and planning professionals, my primary role is to provide support to the projects and predictability on cost and scheduling activities. Historically, the Teesside area has served as a base for the majority of the projects executed, with a long legacy of ways of working established locally.
