Decommisioning

Having worked in Project Controls for a number of years focusing on cost traking and variance analysis I moved onto Planning and have 18 months experience of Scheduling, costing and buiding plans in P6 in the Nuclear Industry.  In my present role I am resposible for scheduling progress, implementing baseline changes, forecasting and variance analysis.
