• Manage the project within the contract condition and limited to approved budget and planned schedule
• Supervise site's tasks and evaluate the result of each phase
• Monitor and control the materials & adequate resources available for the work in accordance to planned schedule
• Adhere with the project management techniques, methodology and tools.
