Blackpool Commercial Park (€65m) includes an 8 storey residential tower plus Commercial and Retail units and a 5 storey car park. The post contract role included monitoring and control of construction schedules.
The Elysian Development, Cork (€125m)includes a 17 storey residential tower, which is currently Irelands tallest building, plus other Residential (211 apartments total), Commercial and Retail. The development also includes a 2 storey underground car park. The development is located on a brown field, tidal site and included post-tensioning in the basement design. My involvement in this project was from the start of Post Contract through to Handover.

Atlantic Quarter, Cork Docklands (€500m+)located on a contaminated brown field, tidal site the development includes 3 Residential Towers (30, 20 & 10 storey) designed by Foster and Partners plus 2No Residential Blocks, 4No Commercial Blocks, an Events Arena/Conference Centre, a 4 star Hotel and 2 storey underground basement car park. The development also includes an internal site based automated waste collection and District Heating systems.
