Initiation, base-lining, updating and monitoring of project plans from the proposal phase through project completion through Primavera 6 • Planning, monitoring and reporting on a portfolio of complex engineering projects.

·      Schedule projects with resources, critical Path visibility, monetary, and time management.

·      Plan projects through six divisions in a balanced manner.

·      Ensure adequate focus is on the exact issues that will complete the projects.

·      Use of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, Oracle Primavera P6, and Oracle Sage Contractor.
