• Prepare tender programme
• plan and co-ordinate complex engineering planning assignments, entailing technical specification and detailed planning, recommending changes to specification or planning engineering policy as appropriate.
• Monitors and tracks the project plan documents comparing the baseline schedules with the actual updates at any given stage of the project and reports the schedule as well as cost impact.
• Co-ordinate with other departments in gathering information and preparing the S-curve and developing the Weekly and Monthly Progress Report.

As planner, I involved in team work to construct the gold mining facilities in Manado, Indonesia. As main contractor we have to manage all tasks which under sub by or by self, Mc Connell Dowell. Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical and Instrument are disciplines have to be undertake by team.
