Preparing computerized Project planning package & progress Monitoring using Project Planning software Primavera consisting of:-

·   Manpower & Equipment deployment planning.

·   Making Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports

·   Prepare Monthly Invoices of the work Quantities executed during the month.

·   Attending Progress Meeting and coordination with client.

·  Prepare weekly Internal Report for the management review. (Man hours, Productivity & Forecast to complete the project).
