Responsible for assisting the Estimating Department for various projects including luxury villas, residential/commercial buildings, shopping malls, educational and sports facilities

Tasks:

Ÿ  Develop the tender program

• Construction Planning and Scheduling (Resource & Cost Loaded Master Schedules) using PRIMAVERA 6 & MS PROJECT 2010
• Identification, monitoring& streamlining of critical paths running through the Project Schedule.
• Using Earned Value Calculations to monitor project status.
• Analysing Trends and development of early warning system.
• Developing Budgets that lead to the establishment of a cost/schedule baseline.
• Resource and cost management using MS PROJECT & PRIMAVERA.
• Contractual correspondence
