Creation and development of a shutdown turnaround schedule for major pharmaceutical company.

Daily updates from Project Managers while reporting to management each evening with progress and status updates.

Tracking of critical activities to ensure KPI's were met each day.

Chemical complex shutdown and most equipment sold overseas, natural gas contract lost and pricing made the operations unprofitable. Worked way up through operations from an “E” operator to an “A” operator and was promoted to Production Shift Supervisor in 1982 during the startup of the PACE (pool chemical plant).
