·        Planning of projects including Preparation of Starter Schedules, Detailed Project Schedules using Primavera Project Planner (P3) & MS Project, Preparation of suitable Work Breakdown Structures, Progress Measurement System, S curves, Prioritization of Activities, Forecasting of activities, Progress monitoring and reporting.
