- Preparation of detailed Project Execution Plan, S-Curve, Resources and Manpower Histogram in Consideration with the Site logistic Plan.
- Preparation of Recovery schedule as required.
- Preparation of Tender & Shutdown Schedule.
- Preparation of Asset capitalization, Data Acquisition (CMMS) for SAP, Close out Report, Invoices & Project Dossier.
- Preparation, Review & Publishing of MIS & Monthly, Weekly, daily reports and Presentations, using bar Charts, S-Curve and presenting t
