Develop and Maintain Planning and Contract Management Systems for the Ministry Utilizing Primavera Suites “Primavera Enterprise P5” for Planning and Cost Control, and “Expedition” for Contract Management and Document Control. 

Responsible for the construction supervision by managing and directing the Organization Supervisory teams and adminstrating Contracts and matters related to specifications, time schedule, cost, QA/QC, safety and other related technical issues.

Quamntity surveying- identifying scope, budget estimates, evaluation and monthly payment

Managing tender from biding stage up to award and signing of Contract.
