A beginner to P6 software.  Experience in Microsoft Project before this.

Visiting the sites in order to verify the quality & quantity of work at sites. Coordination between different consultants for building, LPG Autogas Station and LPG Plant projects. Planning and Scheduling the Projects using Primavera 3.

Projects.

Designing, estimation and preparation of BOQs for the following projects.

Planning Engineer,

Major Responsibilites:

• Preparing planning packages including WBS, all levels plan, prepared Critical path of the project.
• Preparing master plan, base line plan , recovery plan, crush schedule,  and schedule for tender and insurance
• Preparing Revnue cash flow , cost distribution and cash flow ‘S’ curve
• Preparing resource loading, man power histogram and equipment list
• Performing Earned value management for measuring project performances, cost analysis and future forecasts

Haitham is a Civil Engineer with experience in planning and project controls as a main contractor and consultant, providing planning, project and programme management, delay and disruption analysis and claims management services. Haitham has claims experience in Middle East and Africa and has worked on a number of civil engineering, heavy industry, building, oil & gas and offshore disputes.

 Haitham has been awarded with the Legal Experience Training Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence (LETAPAEWE).

Planning and controlling projects in Primavera P6 and P5.

Creating OBS(Organizational breakdown structure),EPS(Enterprise project structure), RBS (Resource breakdown structure) and WBS(work breakdown structure),Project portfolio.Preparing initial project plan,specify duration and assigning resources for each activity, controlling project progress and Monitoring.

Mr. Delaney has over 19 years experience consulting to the construction industry. He specializes in high level assessments and detailed evaluations of construction and engineering contract  claims a disputes.
