Job Description

1. Assisting the managers in implementing the company policy & objective

2. Assisting the functional managers with good technical proposal with proper planning for the company to successfullly win at least  30% of any competitve bid and for succesfull completion of all proposal with letter of intent

3. Monitor and assist site project team on the execution of project to ensure the objective of time, cost and quality are met

• Prepare and update Project Schedule based on the contract.
• Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.
• Forecast Manpower requirements, Material Procurement, Formworks movements and Monthly Cash flow.
