-       Responsible for quantity take-off of construction works items, civil, structural, architectural and sanitary works.

• Overseeing actual Progress versus the planned work  milestones by frequent site inspection.
• Detemine all significant impact on the project schedule and inform the project manager accordingly.
• Resposible to address the contractor of the need to adhere to the required sequences and duration of schedule activities.
• recommends priorities for allocation in the event of cofliction demands and co-ordinates the transfer of resources as necessary.
