• Coordinates construction planning, schedule, budget cost analysis and technical submittals of the projects
• Coordinates material, tools and equipment and ensure the delivery within the baseline program.
• Coordinate with the project manager the developments of contract and baseline program Monitor and update actual project status with the target or baseline program and regularly update the project manager regarding project progress

Responsible for the planning and scheduling of the pre and post construction activities for the PMCM (Project management & Construction Mangement Department). Reviewing and evaluation of Design, Tender and Construction program submissions. Monitoring and coordinating to ensure that work remains on schedule. Overseeing, recording and reporting of actual project progress versus the planned work milestones. Advising and assisting the design consultants and contractor in the development of the work programs.
