- Responsible for developing high level deliverable schedule, detailed project plans & Authorities Inspection & Approval Schedule.
- Project Schedule Development: Progress & Productivity Measurement, “S” Curves, KPI’s & Performance Dashboards.
- Preparation of Labor Histograms, Resource & Cost loading & Cash flow generation.
- Preparation of Accelerated Program, Mitigation Plans in case of Delay events & Reviewing Subcontractor’s Program.
- Progress monitoring of the performance of project through the Earned Value Analysis.<
