A Planning Engineer with experience into Oil & Gas and Transportation infrastructure Projects. Prasanna has encompassed a wide array of experience ranging from the initiation to close out of project. In his present role, Prasanna is involved in implementing best Project Management Practices across the Portfolio of Projects using MSP/Primavera 6.

Presently working in Rites limited as site engineer for the Bangalore Metro rail project

1.      Overall responsibility of Planning – Viaduct in co-ordination with the Stations team

2.      Schedule preparation, monitoring progress and updating schedule (Initial schedule with MSP and subsequently working on P6 package).

3.      CPM Programme for Viaduct Project.

4.      Updating the Baseline Programme & Recovery Programmes.
