• Planning, Scheduling and Controlling:Developing EPC Baseline programs, Recovery / Re-baseline schedules, Level 1, Level 2, Level 4 Level 7 Schedules,CPM.
• Cash flow control: Construction S-Curves,Cash flow (Physical & Financial), Man &Machine power Resource histogram.
• Develop Engineering, Procurement, & Commodity Reports, Resource usagespread, Task usagespread.
• High-level IT and software skills: Develop Progress Measurement Systemand different monitoring tools.

Primary Responsibilities are supporting the project manager in producing reports, recommendations, Planning, Earned value, Risk, and cost management.

Secondary responsibilities are supporting Contracts, Claims, enginering, change management.

Senior Planning engineer

Offering a key role within a team of planning engineers on the Riyadh Metro Project of the ARRiyadh development authority worth SAR 2.0 Billion, Comprising of three Lines 4,5 and 6 covering around 60KM metro track providing MEP facilities for metro running. Managing complexities and challenges of delivering sophisticated planning requirements.

Key Results:

Project Planner & Scheduler 

Doing Planning, Scurve, Histogram and Reporting 

Ensures project schedule must be followed at all times 

Communicate within the Project management team 

Monthly weekly reporting 

Updating Progress 

RESPONSIBILITES AS A PLANNING ENGINEER.  Active member in a cross functional team.   Supported P.M on maintaining P.M documents.   Project Charter, PMP, SOW, WBS Dictionary, etc.  Maintained BL Schedule by updating PMB including CBL.   Managed schedule by P-6 & company production rates.   Identified slippages & made recovery plans by CPM & other techniques.  
