I am responsible for all project’s planning and controlling works from project initiation to close out phases in order to meet business plan objectives. It is my responsibility to monitor, report, and verify progress and performance against project plan, prepare and maintain management 'S' Curves and manpower forecast, analyze deviations and proposed variations to evaluate the impact on the time frame and resource requirements, recommend remedial action to minimize effects of slippage in the plan (if any).
