3 Defined Responsibilities throughout tenure:
Design & Planning Manager for all regional projects. Responsible for all tender and contract planning as well as design coordination on live D&B contracts
Regional Manager for project controls, managing all teams within the region.
Responsible for the preparation and presentation to the Board of Directors and potential Clients both building and civil tenders primarily in the international market. I have prepared tenders for projects located primarily in Russia, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and to a lesser extent in Malaysia, Vietnam, and Beirut. Trips to some locations overseas were required to more unfamiliar territories to Taylor Woodrow to assess local market conditions and planning logistics. Tenders for Hong Kong projects were prepared in Hong Kong.
Provide Cost Engineering support for Jacobs South Florida offices. Analyze project performance and prepare monthly reports for senior management and operational project reviews.
Regional Construction Planner responsible for tender and contract planning for Central Scotland business. Mainly fast track fit - out projects and new build projects up to value of £10m
