• Responsible for the drafting and shaping of individual project plans from first principles using an agreed work breakdown structure to support Project Development Engineers and Major Infrastructure Development Senior Project Managers.

I have a good grounding in the application of P6 together the the theory behind the build of a plan. I have specific industry related skills(policys & procedures) in managing the key constraints and impact on the plan. I also have a good grounding in problem solving and its practical application which I use regularly to refine and develop key improvements that will support the way project controls is run, making it more efficient and sustainable going forward into the future.
