Planning of major maintenance schedules including internal resources & financial forecasting

Current Role

§  Shutdown and Turnaround Plan implementation, including preparation of scope of work, jobs scheduling, manpower & equipment leveling.

§  Follow up of the project timeline, monitor the schedule and provide warnings of serious deviations or variations that may delay the projects.
