- Prepare and maintain Project schedule;
- Assign milestones for Contractors for close monitoring of activities;
- Prepare Weekly (six weeks look ahead) and Monthly reports for Client;
- Evaluate variance of schedule with actual against planned and advice the concerned Contractor for sequence change or accelerations;
- Verify the scope of each Contractor against Contract in co-ordination with Contract Adminstrato
