Al Barari Phase 1

·     Developed and monitored the overall Strategic Master Programme for Al Barari Development Phase 1, a residential development for high end market luxury villas, with associated infrastructure, landscaping, waterways, lakes, themed gardens, and community facilities.  Approximate construction cost USD 550 million

·     Lead the Project Management Team in assessing all scheduling issues pertaining to the program and identifying critical areas, assessing impact on all projects, developing “what-if” scenarios, and recommending work around solutions

·     Managed all aspects of project controls including budget/financial management, schedule management, commercial management, and related electronic project management information systems
