Currently working on this project, scope of project is very wide with three substations, RIB buildings & Rubber laboratory. Here also I am single handedly planning& tracking the project master schedule, summary level curves. Also i am reporting weekly progress, daily progress, two weeks look ahead and involved in identification, monitoring & streamlining of critical path.

Also i am reporting weekly progress, daily progress, two weeks look ahead and involved in identification, monitoring & streamlining of critical path.

• Managed a team of 180 staff including Engineers, technicians and un-skilled workers for the electrical installation and the MEP installation works in the electrical substation projects. Succeeded in building and maintaining a motivated team to achieve the project objective.
• Managed technical teams to execute stringent work schedules like outage maintenance work of Transformers and complete the works safely on time.
• Liaising with the sub-contractors for the completion of site execution works within schedule.
