1) Site preparation, planning and execution to completion, including detailed daily planning and implementation, control, and recording

2. Project time and quality control

3. Liason with Contracts Manager and Consultants for project technical particulars

4. Management of project materials and waste control

5. Management of labour, including subcontractors, quantification and approving payment

6. Management of daily heavy construction equipment, their deployment and fuel control
