Senior Planning and Scheduling Engineer in the Planning and Budgeting department of Project Division of Haya Water. Haya Water is a government owned company acting as the public authority, owner and operator of all Sewage Treatment and Collection related infrastructure in Sultanate of Oman.

My role is to maintain the centralized planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting functions of all the projects in the company at its HO as a centralized PMO.

• Developed comprehensive baseline CPM schedules

• Responsible for opening, updating and closing cost centers of the project

• Allocated the resources for activities and calculate productivity of projects

• Updated schedules and analyzed manpower and cost allocations

• Followed up actual cost on the activities with the warehouse, manpower, subcontractors and equipment

- Preparing Construction Schedule at Bid Submission Stage.

- Preparing Detailed  Implementation Schedule (After Contract award).

- Preparing CPA (Critical Path Analysis) & Baseline Schedules.

- Developing Manpower histogram & Other Progress Tracking, “S” curves.

- Reporting Delay & Claims.

- Dealing  with Scope changes/Variances.
