Deliverables included:,new high level end 2 end business process; producing the detailed planning process; interfacing with strategy and delivery sub processes.

Design, development and production of a system to baseline maintenance activities covering the work associated with 1600 people undertaking electricity transmission maintenance activities.

Integrated decommissioning Program (Mega-project) decommissioning scenarios (what-if scenarios) developing. Modelling and studying of different negative impacts or restrictions on total cost and critical path. Among those are inflation impact, technical uncertainties, funding lack and others.  Developing new proposals for decommissioning strategy yearly update process.
