Aug 2012 - Present STRABAG Provide schedule and cost consulting services as well as maintain the master cost loaded schedule for a $ 325 million Southeast Collector Sanitary Sewer Project. Scheduling support includes providing a fully cost loaded schedule with approximately 2300 activities with a 500 bid item cost account dictionary as well as providing schedule consulting services to the mechanical sub-contractor Maple Reinders. Implemented TILOS software (Liner scheduling software) for the project.

§  Developed and maintained a monitoring & reporting system for the project’s Design, Procurement, and Permits & Approval related works

§  Developed and maintained the project’s Design, Procurement, Permits & Approvals, & Construction schedules using P3 & P6.

§  Submitted to Project Management schedules & progress reports discussing accomplishments, issues & concerns & proposing solutions.
