Sr. Planning Engineer

Following are some of the tasks during this period, for King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) Project with contract value of 14 Billion Saudi Riyal.

Provide the major milestones to the sub-contractors based on Master Plan to prepare the Working Schedules.

Reviewing the Working Schedules for Façade & Elevators Works submitted by sub-contractors.

Arrange meetings with sub-contractors, design team and site construction staff to resolve the issues related to Façade & Elevators Works and the development of Baseline Schedule.

Working at Habib Rafiq (Pvt) Ltd as Sr. Planning Engineer,   

Planning/scheduling and monitoring the projects using MS Project/Primavera. Dealing with Cash flow estimates, methodologies, manpower deployment and physical progress plans/histograms. Preparation of procurement plan for material etc
