Reviewing the Working Schedules for Façade & Elevators Works submitted by sub-contractors.
Arrange meetings with sub-contractors, design team and site construction staff to resolve the issues related to Façade & Elevators Works and the development of Baseline Schedule.

Planning/scheduling and monitoring the projects using MS Project/Primavera. Dealing with Cash flow estimates, methodologies, manpower deployment and physical progress plans/histograms. Preparation of procurement plan for material etc
