Sr Planning Engineer

Planning Engineer (Cost) with an Engineering & Contractors firm mostly stationed at Owner Job sites, for All phases of a project.. These were Mainly in the Petro Chemical industies in the Netherland. Due to take overs had 3 employers in the same job. Experience fom basic design upto including CSU scheduling / analysis.

   Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Prepare a detailed baseline programme with resource loading.

·         Prepare/calculate the resources and cost loadings using BOQs.

Project Planning and management for road projects and building projects

• Responsible for the preparation of revised Master Deliverable Register (MDR) plan, revised overall / disciplines S-curves and the

Manpower Histogram.

Responsible for the development of tender schedule, including analysis of resource loading, man-power histogram, and progress rate factor. Further responsibility is, when contract is signed, to develop initial schedule and hand over to site planner. Planning software is Primavera P3 and P6.
