-Update Total Plan and prepare Daily Report with Primavera P6 V.8
-Update WBS and S-Curve diagram and upload all reports in SharePoint.
-Providing executive plan and 4 week ahead plan for executive team.
-Providing monthly Invoice and send to owner.
-Providing policies, methodologies and templates for project manager in the PMO Office.
