2007 – 2010 - Position: Site Consortium Planner , ALSTOM Russia, MOSCOW TPP-26, Unit 8 – Russia 420 MW - KA26-1 MS. Turnkey EPC project of combined heat & power plant.

Area of responsibilities:

  working out and updating of the Master Time Schedule (Primavera (P3)), schedules for GT, GT piping, ST, ST piping, HRSG, BOP-WSC Piping, Electrical, Fuel Gas Compressor areas. Monitoring and Creating progress curves based on signed schedules;

 Daily and weekly manpower report;

 Weekly and monthly reports;
