All aspects of Planning, Scheduling in Primavera, Weekly and monthly progress reports, Earned Value reports, S-Curves, Look Ahead submissions.

The Integrated Commissioning and Start-Up (ICSU) Flexible Scope Team is responsible for the commissioning and start-up of the CSG wells and gathering systems. As site planner I am responsible for the overall performance of the ICSU Flex Team against baseline, including all resources and time management across the entire Flex Project Scope. Duties include the interaction with various other departments of the project to optimise our limited resources so that all activities are carried out on time and in a safe and efficient manner.

Specific Responsibilities

Senior Site Planner - NMPP Feeder Line Project based at Island View.

Responsible for all planning, updates, forecasts, and highlighting foreseeable problem areas.

-          Break down work packages to level 3 planning and scheduling.  And provide final baseline for present recommendation how to best economical sequential operation at site.

-          Verification the on progress schedule with the contract duration. And determine the slippage.

-          Verification the physical accomplishment against BOQ content. 

Person in charge for for planning and scheduling in Project Control / Services Department.



Supporting Project / Construction Manager with project analysis, reporting, budget forecasting and change management.



Making Basis of Schedule based on information from Procurement-Engineering-Construction-Commissioning and Operation Department.

Worked as the senoir site planner at Khayelitsha Hospital. Was responsible for all planning functions, which included the contract program, short term programs, progress updates, progress reports, information control, all technical queries, formwork scheduling etc.
