• Review the contractor’s project schedule and make sure it satisfies contract requirements such as scope of work, major milestones, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), manpower loading, progress S-curve, major work sequence, material procurement, etc.

1.The making,tracking and checking work of plan/progress of related new projects,repaired projects,maintenance projects in shutdown duration of Wacker Great China,also the preparation of progress report. 2.For the new projects:the preparation for the overall schedule from the feasibility study report to commissioning,and assist the project manager to check/coordinate the work between the related disciplines. 3.Focus on the critical path and resource requirement of related projects,especially the resolvement of schedule problems.

Update and maintain the construction schedule of the new International Terminal At Hartsfield-Jackson, Atlanta Inernational Airport.
