-       Planning, organizing and controlling all project activities to ensure achievement of its objectives under budget. (Primavera software)

-       Vendor/Subcontractor planning review and supervision.

Manage the planning and scheduling and engineering for the delivery of projects and maintenance on the AGT drilling rigs for BP operations.

-          Responsible for executions of project from the date of receipt of contract till the project completion viz., project planning, monitoring, expediting & management reporting.

-          Experience in project procurement activities like Tendering, Commercial evaluation, Negotiation, Ordering.

Responsible for project management, planning and Monitoring the project in Engineering, Procurement & Fabrication phases such as:

 Fabrication of SBM & CBM CALM Buoys – Client: SBM Offshore Services Inc.

Fabrication of Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger, Silo, Column, Tank –Client: Gulf Fluor
