Serves as a strategic partner by providing insight on designs, project management, business plans, opportunities, and complex issues. Provides strategic leadership to a team of 2 planners and 2 cost control administrators. Accountable for managing successful delivery of projects - on budget, on time, and in compliance to all corporate and federal regulations. Conducts risk assessment and develops action plan to mitigate risks. Responsible for concept development, execution, and management of procedures, systems controls, and corporate policies.
Led initiatives including project planning, scope development, work and cost breakdown structuring, project management, scheduling, and budget control. Developed, monitor and control of achievable project schedule.
